About the Park:
Centex homes donated 2.7 acres to the HOA in November of 2007.

The HOA broke ground on phase I of the park plan in July of 2009.

The cost to build the entire park as shown in the park plan below is $460,000. Since the HOA has to pay for this park and not the builder, we will build in small phases due to our income from dues.

Phase I cost $123,000.

In 2010, the HOA added a shed to hold equipment and decorations that we use throughout the year along with benches and covered picnic tables.

2011 total: $77,691
Picnic tables:
Trees: $2.768.04
Irrigation System:
Basketball court: $51,255
Walking Path: $20,668
Repairs due to vandalism: $2,500
Old Weiderstein Fence: $1,500

Pavilion: $25,000 budgeted
